Thank you for visiting our website!  We have proudly called metro Atlanta "Home" since 1975.  Starting first on Buford Highway, we have been on Spalding Drive near Holcomb Bridge Road for the past 20+ years.  Taido is the modern style of karate, utilizing dynamic techniques and footwork for the purpose of self-defense.  Check out a quick video below demonstrating Taido, and see what our school is like!
