Adult Classes

Our Adult classes strive to meet the needs of our student's active lifestyles. Due to demanding careers and time spent raising our families, it has become more and more difficult for Adults to maintain consistent physical activity. Due to the challenging and progressive nature of Taido, our students find it easier to stay committed to their exercise regiment. Taido is a great way to stay in shape, learn self-defense techniques, and release stress from our daily lives.
